• Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and assembly teams to support efficient, compliant, and repeatable electrical builds.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
• Active UL Manufacturers Technical Representative (MTR) certification, or the demonstrated ability to successfully complete the UL certification process.
• At least five years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with hands-on electrical responsibilities.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, and blueprints.
• Experience developing clear, operator-level work instructions aligned to product and process requirements.
• Proficiency using hand tools and electrical test equipment, including multimeters.

• Perform mold audits and dimensional measurements
• Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment
• Enter audit and calibration data
• Develop and maintain Smart Scope programs and fixtures
• Conduct MSA and capability studies

• Experience with non-contact measurement (required)
