This role collaborates with architects, engineers, and customers to turn design concepts into finished perforated metal products by reviewing blueprints, preparing AutoCAD takeoffs and quotes, and coordinating projects through production and installation while supporting product development and customer solutions.</em></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</div><ul><li>This position requires working with Architects, Engineers & Customers in developing/designing the use of perforated metals.</li><li>Read and interpret architectural blueprints thoroughly and create AutoCAD takeoffs in order to create quotations.</li><li>Time and material estimating using established methods and formulas in MS Excel.</li><li>Communicate with Architects to facilitate the design process from conceptual drawings to actual products.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and interpret customer requirements â understanding, anticipating, and exceeding customer expectations.</li><li>Work with customers to assist in producing the design of finished products in accordance with architectural plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Proactively provide timely solutions to customer issues by leveraging available resources or creating new ones.</li><li>Successfully lead and coordinate projects, utilizing Customer Service, Engineering, Sales & outside Sales Reps and subcontractors from start to finish.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with the creation of custom print elevation details required for installation and permit approvals.</li><li>Develop new products to continue the growth and development of company's product line. </li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related Engineering degree, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Drafting skills with AutoCAD to create product detail drawings.&nbsp;</li><li>Fabrication knowledge in sheet metal processes</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication equipment. (i.e,.
