Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to fabricate and weld components using a variety of metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum. This role involves working from blueprints and weld symbols to produce high-quality welds that meet structural and cosmetic standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment. 

Job Duties: 

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and other metals according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and basic weld symbols
• Set up welding equipment, select proper filler materials, and adjust settings as needed
• Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and fitting components
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, strength, and appearance standards
• Perform minor weld repairs or rework as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards
• Collaborate with fabrication, machining, and assembly teams as needed

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Experience welding stainless steel required; experience with aluminum and carbon steel preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Familiarity with measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a shop environment
