Location: Montgomery, IL 
Hire Type: Contract to Direct Hire
Salary: $24-25/hrly
 Must have: some previouse shipping and receiving experience 
Misc: This role is 100% on-site 

The Production Support Coordinator manages all aspects of component receiving, packaging, shipping, and assisting in production tasks. This role involves assembling parts and systems, including electrical wiring, plumbing products, and working with pumps, based
on blueprints and product sketches. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Receive, inventory, and store all components associated with Benetech fabrication and component distribution. 
  2. Enter receiving data into the computerized inventory system and assign bin locations.
  3. Organize and identify received components by project for fabrication.
  4. Prepare packaging for all components and finished goods to be shipped from Montgomery.
  5. Enter and maintain all shipping data in Benetech’s electronic data folders and ERP system.
  6. Maintain clean and organized inventory and shop areas.
  7. Load/unload all components and finished goods.
  8. Pull, pack, and assemble orders on pallets; securely band items to pallets for shipment.
  9. Assemble parts and systems, including building and wiring control panels, assembling
  10. Read and interpret blueprints and product sketches to ensure accurate assembly of components.
Requirements: 
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Valid driver’s license.
  3. 3-5 years of experience with shipping/receiving, including domestic and international shipments.
  4. 3-5 years of experience in distribution warehousing and inventory control.
  5. Familiar with component distribution pick/pack/ship procedures.
  6. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  7. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product sketches.
