Title: Vice President/General Manager
 
Location: Charlotte, NC Area
 
Salary Range: $150k-$250k with annual bonus
 
Hire Type: Direct Hire

Job Summary:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the business, ensuring efficient and effective operations to meet organizational goals.
  • Oversee and manage the full P&L, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for sales, marketing, manufacturing, and product development.
  •  Mentor and coach direct reports to achieve performance goals and foster professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project execution.
  • Quickly respond to opportunities and challenges to exceed internal and external customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze costs, operations, and forecast data to evaluate progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Actively participate in leadership meetings and provide regular updates to the company President and executive team.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including full P&L management.
  • Extensive background in analytical, strategic, and executive-level decision-making roles.
  • Proven success in leadership, team building, and driving organizational performance.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication manufacturing processes and industry standards.
  • High financial and business acumen, with a track record of delivering profitability.
  • Ability to interpret market intelligence and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology and data analysis tools to optimize operations.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic and operational plans in collaboration with leadership teams.
