Job Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of the business, ensuring efficient and effective operations to meet organizational goals.
- Oversee and manage the full P&L, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for sales, marketing, manufacturing, and product development.
- Mentor and coach direct reports to achieve performance goals and foster professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project execution.
- Quickly respond to opportunities and challenges to exceed internal and external customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze costs, operations, and forecast data to evaluate progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Actively participate in leadership meetings and provide regular updates to the company President and executive team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including full P&L management.
- Extensive background in analytical, strategic, and executive-level decision-making roles.
- Proven success in leadership, team building, and driving organizational performance.
- Strong understanding of fabrication manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- High financial and business acumen, with a track record of delivering profitability.
- Ability to interpret market intelligence and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in utilizing technology and data analysis tools to optimize operations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic and operational plans in collaboration with leadership teams.
