Our client, a small but mighty manufacturing company specializing in heavy-hitting equipment in the radio and speaker technology industry, is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead their engineering, plant operations, QC, and maintenance teams.

Title: VP of Engineering 
Location: South Side of Chicago, IL 
Base Salary: $170-200k 
Industry: Electrical Audio Products

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee engineering, plant operations, quality control, and maintenance teams.
  • Drive product innovation and process optimization in manufacturing.

What is Needed?

  • Degree in Engineering field
  • Experience in the audio, or related electronics industry 
  • 7 years experience in a management role 
  • Ability to be an on-site employee
