Overview Of Job

• Create and maintain competitor share in relevant markets along with SWOT to drive share gain
• Execute product definition, development and launch initiatives, with full responsibility for
• Development Budget, Sales Budget and Profitability
• Establish market pricing for key products & services / segment
• Drive introduction, maturity and end of lifecycle pricing strategies in the region.
• Drive end of lifecycle actions, including last buys and obsolescence
• Monitor & benchmark competitor’s pricing and product / segment strategies
• Lead implementation of pricing strategies
• Assist in market mapping and development of segment growth strategies (market

Experience Needed:

• Bachelors Required, Masters Preferred
• At least 6 years experience in a senior leadership role overseeing product management
• At least 4 years of manufacturing experience needed
• Experience with supervision of at least 10 people (direct and indirect)
• Technically sound with Excel
