Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in building and maintaining tower sites and supporting all related field operations. This role involves physical labor, technical skill, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Job Duties:
•    Build and maintain tower sites, including clearing, excavation, trenching, concrete work, and equipment installation.
•    Transport tools, materials, and equipment using a company vehicle.
•    Properly maintain company-issued tools and equipment.
•    Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols and procedures.
•    Deliver excellent customer service and complete all tasks on schedule.
•    Demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety by leading through example.
•    Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
•    Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•    Strong communication and basic leadership abilities.
•    High school diploma or GED.
•    0–2 years of relevant experience (training may be provided).
•    Capable of reading and interpreting construction plans.
•    Physically capable of lifting to 80 lbs and working in various physical positions.
•    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
