Target Pay Rate:  $35.00/hour (W2 with full employee benefits)

Job Summary: 
The Utilities Operator will operate and maintain critical utilities systems to ensure smooth facility operations within a large pharmaceutical manufacutring environment.

Job Duties:
  • Operate boilers, chillers, compressors, pumps, and fans.
  • Monitor systems, detect issues, and make real-time adjustments.
  • Perform water testing and adjust parameters as needed.
  • Inspect equipment rooms for safety hazards.
  • Lead and respond to after-hours emergencies.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of prior experience operating boilers and/or chillers.
  • Knowledge of other power utility equipment such as industrial pumps, valves, compressors, etc.
  • Ability to work hands on and be flexible on shift.
