Job Duties:
  • Detailed plan outlining the steps of the Concur travel system implementation process.
  • SAP Concur Integration with Oracle Financials
  • Experience with implementing and customizing Concur travel system solutions.
  • Integrating Concur with other enterprise systems (e.g., financial, HR).
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements related to travel systems.
  • Clarity on how requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support will be managed.
  • Identification of potential risks and a proposed risk mitigation strategy

Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP Concur Integration with Oracle Financials
  • Proven track record of successful Concur travel system implementations for government or similar clients.
  • References from previous clients attesting to the quality of services provided.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant travel industry standards and best practices.
  • History of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues encountered during previous implementations. Experience in assisting government agencies with travel management and related systems.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements related to travel expenses.
