This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, lead a skilled team, and contribute to world-class manufacturing operations while working with cutting-edge technology and equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all toolroom operations and personnel in a 24/7 environment
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement of internal and external tooling
- Lead and develop the State apprenticeship program
- Supervise sampling lab operations and staff
- Implement and maintain EHS+S standards and safety protocols
- Develop and optimize preventative/predictive maintenance programs
- Apply Lean principles and best practices to improve operations
- Manage spare parts inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee equipment purchases and upgrades
- Manage budgets and project timelines
- Maintain SQF and GMP compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years of tool and die experience with leadership background
- 10 years injection molding experience or tool and die journeyman status
- Strong technical capabilities with high-cavitation, close tolerance molds
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in MRP/SAP-ALM systems and Lean principles

- Salary Range: $100,000-140,000 (Depending on experience and relevant skills)
