Overview:
Join a dynamic manufacturing environment as a Toolroom Manager, leading a critical operation that maintains and optimizes high-precision injection molding equipment. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, lead a skilled team, and contribute to world-class manufacturing operations while working with cutting-edge technology and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all toolroom operations and personnel in a 24/7 environment
  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement of internal and external tooling
  • Lead and develop the State apprenticeship program
  • Supervise sampling lab operations and staff
  • Implement and maintain EHS+S standards and safety protocols
  • Develop and optimize preventative/predictive maintenance programs
  • Apply Lean principles and best practices to improve operations
  • Manage spare parts inventory and documentation
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Oversee equipment purchases and upgrades
  • Manage budgets and project timelines
  • Maintain SQF and GMP compliance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years of tool and die experience with leadership background
  • 10 years injection molding experience or tool and die journeyman status
  • Strong technical capabilities with high-cavitation, close tolerance molds
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MRP/SAP-ALM systems and Lean principles
