Job Summary:
Maintain the efficient and safe operation of all equipment, machinery, and building facilities to support manufacturing processes and ensure produced parts meet compliance standards. This team member serves as a subject matter expert, performing advanced technical and mechanical tasks requiring specialized training, licenses, or certifications. Notify the Operations Supervisor of any issues affecting production and adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Job Duties:
  • Provide technical support for manufacturing maintenance and repair, including Robotics, CNC, Tooling, Wire EDM, Facilities, Mechanical, Electrical, Machine Operations, Tool & Die, or Quality Assurance. Must meet required training standards to perform assigned tasks.
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance in compliance with safety regulations or coordinate PPAP measurements. Complete job safety checklists and take necessary actions to ensure equipment, facility safety, and product quality.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Ensure product quality and compliance. Perform facility maintenance, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting.
  • Promptly report quality issues and halt operations if the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and equipment and recommend improvements.
  • Perform additional tasks and assignments aligned with expertise and training.

Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of high school highly preferred; additional training or certification as required for the area worked.
