Position: Electrical Test Technician-2nd shift

Type: Contract to Hire

Location: Franklin, WI

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM (with overtime 2 or 3 Fridays a month)

Pay Rate: $27.00 hourly + 20% differential

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Test Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with high voltage (480 volt/3 phase and above) and electronic assembly and wiring. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical testing on various systems and components
  • Assemble and wire electronic components accurately and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with high voltage systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
  • Document test results and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Electronic/Electrical Technology or similar preferred
  • 2-year technical degree preferred
  • 4-year degree in a related field is a plus
  • Relevant experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable
