Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Test Technician 
 
Location: Franklin, WI
 
Shift: First Shift, Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test high voltage electrical products according to provided documentation, including bills of material, blueprints, and change notices.
  • Complete testing at timing stations and run switches through operation stations.
  • Perform mechanical work, including disconnecting assemblies.
  • Interpret blueprints, wiring drawings, schematic diagrams, and specs
  • Perform 3 phase AC high voltage, low voltage testing, calibration testing, etc.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues as needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high voltage electrical work OR an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or similar field.
  • Ability to interpret complex blueprints, wiring drawings, schematic diagrams, and specifications.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues.
  • Proficiency in using machining tools, hand-held tools, wiring equipment, wrenches, torque tools, and other tools.
