Test Technician 3 (Second Shift)
Job Description

We're looking for a Test Technician to take ownership of our critical testing operations, playing a key role in product validation, process optimization, and new technology integration.
- Own and optimize – Develop, maintain, and continuously improve our test and burn-in processes to maximize product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
- Drive data-driven quality – Monitor yield trends and work cross-functionally to eliminate root causes of failure, driving higher performance and reliability.
- Support innovation – Collaborate with design and development teams to bring new products to life, ensuring robust test strategies from concept to launch.
- Improve tools and infrastructure – Assist in the design and build of custom fixtures, test stations, and diagnostic programs that scale with growth.
- Lead maintenance coordination – Ensure preventive maintenance, calibration, and requalification schedules are met to keep test lines running smoothly.
- Get hands-on – Execute high-level hardware and software configurations, firmware updates, and system-level troubleshooting across a range of technologies.
- Enable cross-team excellence – Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and Resource Development to align test strategies, training, and compliance across the operation.
- Plan for the future – Evaluate and justify capital investments for new test technologies and build disaster recovery strategies that protect operations.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree, military technical training or equivalent
