Title: Industrial Electrician - 1st shift 
Hours: 5am-2ppm M-F some Saturdays

Job Summary:
  • The Industrial Electrical Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment within a manufacturing environment. This role involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical components to support uninterrupted production operations.

Job Duties:
  • Install and maintain wiring, panels, motors, and control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, replacing faulty components as needed.
  • Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and industry standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and train staff in safe electrical practices.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or apprenticeship preferred.
  • 5+ years of industrial electrical experience, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors, control circuits, and automation systems.
  • Skilled in reading schematics and using electrical testing equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions (noise, temperature extremes, confined spaces).
