Shift: 1st Shift, M–F
Pay Range:  $30-$38/hr

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our state-of-the-art medical plastics facility. This role is hands-on and focuses on injection molding setup, operation, troubleshooting, and process optimization. You will work with advanced molding equipment, including automation systems such as robotics, EOAT, sensors, and PLCs, ensuring production meets quality standards and specifications.

Job Duties:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.
  • Perform mold changes and adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, cycle times).
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic issues on machines.
  • Collaborate with engineers to optimize processes and resolve part defects.
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with process control standards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and clean molds regularly.
  • Support automation systems, including programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining robotics and related equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding principles and plastics processing.
  • Hands-on experience with injection molding machines (Netstal experience preferred).
  • Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting.
  • Vocational/technical degree or equivalent experience in injection molding, plastics processing, or tooling.
  • Ability to make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
