Process Technician (Libertyville)
Job Description
Location: Libertyville, IL
Shift: 1st Shift, M–F
Pay Range: $30-$38/hr

- Set up, operate, and maintain injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.
- Perform mold changes and adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, cycle times).
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic issues on machines.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize processes and resolve part defects.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with process control standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance and clean molds regularly.
- Support automation systems, including programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining robotics and related equipment.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding principles and plastics processing.
- Hands-on experience with injection molding machines (Netstal experience preferred).
- Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting.
- Vocational/technical degree or equivalent experience in injection molding, plastics processing, or tooling.
- Ability to make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
