Pay: $27.00/hour

Sterling Engineering is looking for an Electrical Test Technician in Franklin, WI. This opportunity is with a well-established manufacturing organization supporting critical electrical infrastructure and offering long-term career growth.

Shift:
  • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Overtime required 2–3 Fridays per month

Job Duties:
  • Assemble and test high-voltage products using bills of material, blueprints, schematics, and engineering change notices.
  • Perform mechanical assemblies, including disconnect assemblies.
  • Run units through multiple test and assembly stations in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues as they arise.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High-voltage electrical experience required (5 kV / 3-phase).
  • Technical degree or trade school background in electrical or mechanical disciplines preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
