Job Description
Location: Crest Hill, IL 60435
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hire Type: Direct Hire
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels using schematics and layout drawings
- Mount electrical components including relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, and terminal blocks
- Route and terminate wiring according to electrical diagrams
- Perform functional testing, inspections, and quality checks
- Use electrical testing equipment to verify proper operation
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Experience with industrial panel building or electrical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
- Familiarity with UL508A standards
- Experience wiring PLCs or automation equipment
- Frequent standing and use of hand tools
- Lifting and positioning panels and electrical components
- Ability to work safely around electrical equipment
