Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Buffalo Grove, Illinois
Hire Type: Contract to hire
Shift : 1st shift
Compensation: $28-35/hr.

Overview:
 

Join a highly automated manufacturing facility where you’ll work hands-on with advanced assembly, packaging, and robotic equipment in a clean production environment.

This position is focused on troubleshooting and repairing automated machinery, responding to equipment issues on the floor, performing preventive maintenance, and helping keep production running efficiently. You’ll work with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems while partnering closely with maintenance and production teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working around automation, and staying active in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills
  • Familiarity with PLCs, pneumatics, and robotics
  • Preventive maintenance and root cause troubleshooting experience
