Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Brookfield, WI
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary:$25-$30/hr.

This role is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, buildings, and facilities. The Maintenance Technician applies a broad range of skills including mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work to support production uptime and facility operations.

Job Duties:
  • Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment to support maximum production uptime
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or adjustments as needed
  • Rebuild and overhaul machines and components, including dismantling, inspection, and part replacement
  • Support installation, relocation, leveling, fitting, and alignment of machinery and equipment
  • Perform building, facility, and grounds maintenance
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment and HVAC systems
  • Maintain maintenance logs and documentation; submit parts and service requests as needed
  • Follow housekeeping procedures and comply with quality, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
  • Broad maintenance skill set including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance and support equipment installation or relocation projects
