About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Shop Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills to join our team. In this role, you’ll test, repair, and maintain equipment, operate shop tools, and perform field service when needed — all while keeping safety and quality top of mind.

What You’ll Do
  • Test equipment electrically to ensure proper function
  • Service, repair & maintain shop tools
  • Perform machining, welding, and reconditioning of equipment
  • Build crates and skids as needed
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Operate forklifts, cranes, and other shop equipment
  • Travel for field service (occasional overnights)
  • Assist with painting, maintenance, and additional projects
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma
  • 3–4 years shop experience (warehouse equipment, forklifts, cranes)
  • Strong electrical skills
  • Ability to safely operate lathes, drill presses, gas torches, and other tools
  • Mechanically inclined with general maintenance background
  • OSHA 10 certification (preferred — can be obtained after hire)
  • Bonus: Second language
