Job Description

Sterling Engineering has partnered with a large government research lab on bringing in a Technical Recruiter to join their growing team. This will be a long term contract with plentiful opportunities. While on contract, you will have benefits. This will be fully remote. 

Overview of Job:

• Consult with hiring managers regarding their hiring objectives and recommend recruitment strategies to deliver a qualified and diverse candidate pool. 
• Recruit qualified candidates. 
• Professionally engage candidates, positioning the Laboratory as a desirable workplace.
• Extend and negotiate offers. 
• Accurately complete internal processes and forms and maintain applicant tracking system. Provide data on applicant flow, costs and effectiveness of Laboratory recruiting and hiring.

What is Needed? 

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 3 years of Technical Recruiting experience
