Compensation: $27hr - $35hr

Job Summary: 
Sterling Engineering's direct client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator on a 1 year contract basis 

Job Duties:
  • Supports the Corporate Talent Acquisition team with job requisitions and any administrative duties 
  • Create job requisitions within the applicant tracking system 
  • Schedule candidate interviews (virtual and onsite) 
  • Assist with the onboarding process including I9 verification 
  • Schedule meetings and correspondence 


Qualifications:
  • Prior administrative or coordination support experience 
  • Strong MS office and Outlook skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
