Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description
Location: Geneva, IL
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision
Pay: $110K–$150K
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, selection, relocation, and onboarding.
- Standardize recruiting processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness across hiring teams.
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
- Partner with functional leaders to forecast hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Enhance the organization’s presence in the national STEM workforce pipeline through outreach and partnerships.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate).
- Manage vendor relationships, including contracts with recruiting firms and job boards.
- Implement and optimize recruiting tools, including applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies.
- Analyze recruitment data and trends to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support DEI hiring efforts and promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, labor laws, and modern hiring techniques
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Master’s degree preferred
