Summary
As a Systems Developer you will be responsible for performing tasks related to the design, development, modification, and administration of software systems and applications. You will identify and assess user needs or project requirements, and design or configure systems and programs that meet those needs. This position can be HYBRID out of Elmhurst, IL.

Responsibilities 
  • Identify user needs and project requirements.
  • Design or configure systems and programs that meet user needs.
  • Propose solutions independently and in collaboration with colleagues to key project stakeholders .
  • Building web applications using frameworks and scripting languages.
  • Test projects and respond to any problems or bugs revealed.
  • Manage projects through their entire lifecycle.
  • Develop documentation and training to support new applications.
  • Report on the functionality of web applications and devise plans for improvements.
  • Create effective databases for various organizational needs.
  • Find and fix errors, bugs, and malfunctions in the system's code, performance, or behavior.
  • Communicate with clients to understand the challenges their clients face.
