Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Role and Responsibilities:
We're seeking a motivated Manufacturing/Sustaining Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes and support our production team. In this role, you'll:
Improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and consistency.
Modify existing equipment to optimize production.
Manage projects, report progress, and document insights.
Finalize manufacturing methods and oversee process validation.
Provide engineering support for equipment design and production.
Lead process improvement initiatives and update project documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2+ years' manufacturing experience (preferred).
Hands-on experience with silicone manufacturing.
Mold making/design experience is a plus.
Lean Six Sigma background is advantageous.
Proficiency in technical writing and process improvement.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software.
Familiarity with SolidWorks or CAD modeling is beneficial.
