Location: Lincolnshire, IL
Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 (plus bonus)

Job Description:
The Supply Chain Manager in Lincolnshire, IL is responsible for optimizing supply chain operations. This role includes analyzing data, enhancing relationships with suppliers, and maintaining best practices. 

Key responsibilities include:
Employee training and safety focus.
Developing efficient supply chain strategies.
Collaborating with departments to close operational gaps.
Balancing safety, cost management, and business growth.
Supervising the product lifecycle.
Coordinating cross-functional teams for on-time product delivery.
Preparing long-term stock schedules.
Enhancing MRP capabilities and resolving stock issues.
Managing lead times and deploying best practices.
Leading training and mentoring programs.

Strong analytical and database skills.
ERP/MRP system experience.
Preferred advanced planning system experience.
Team collaboration and multitasking abilities.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
4+ years of supply chain management leadership experience.
Knowledge of safety regulations.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Occasional lifting and various physical activities.
Combination of office, warehouse, and clean room settings.
