Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
- Enters sales orders into an ERP system
- Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of inventory locations, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions
- Monitors work in process
- Receive purchased items, compares to PO for accuracy and enter items into LN accounting system
- Collect finished good production numbers and enter into LN accounting system
- Assists external visitors and truck drivers with permit collection and shipping paperwork being completed for loads
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED, or a combination of related work experience and education
- Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to build a relationship with internal and external customers and handle problem resolution in a timely manner
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced, high work volume environment with requirements for overtime based on business demands
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project
- Experience in inventory scheduling and ordering within an ERP preferred
