Job Summary: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Director of Supply Chain.  We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are driven to succeed, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  The Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for providing leadership of the Division’s Operational supply chain function including procurement, materials management, logistics in a mixed model manufacturing environment.  

Job Duties:

1. Partner with other functional areas and leaders to ensure business goals are achieved.
2. Driving cost savings in coordination with Platform Strategic Sourcing function
3. Supply base development aligned to ensure the operational needs are met relative to materials flow
4. Management and execution of buying function in coordination with planning including financial and regulatory compliance
5. Development and implementation of an S&OP, and material planning and buying process 
6. Tactical supplier performance management – Supplier Cost, Quality & Delivery
7. Collaborate with Operations to develop and execute make/Buy strategies
8. Develop and execute a global supply strategy supporting multi-site manufacture and fulfillment
9. Continuous improvement of all supply chain practices and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business related discipline
• 10+ years of supply chain and operations experience
• Proven leadership abilities and in-depth knowledge of supply chain management 
• Strong background and understanding of: 
  • Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP)
  • Tactical Procurement (Buying)
  • Inventory Optimization
