Supplier Cost Recovery Administrator
Job Description
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to develop and execute the SCR process step-by-step for thousands of documents
- Ensure accurate tracking of production rework and opportunity costs, even in cases of incomplete information
- Partner with supplier quality engineers and quality inspectors to address specific non-conformances as needed
- Coordinate with buyers and suppliers on negotiation and settlement details
- Monitor and follow up with process action owners to ensure completion
- Generate purchase requisitions and orders for services and products across multiple locations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in purchasing and negotiation
- Background in quality control and handling nonconformances
- Ability to estimate costs with limited information
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supplies, and equipment
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and LN
- Proficiency with quality management systems like ETQ
