Job Summary:
  • Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver substation projects on time and within budget. Oversee project planning, design, and execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Foster a collaborative team culture and build strong client relationships.

  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers.
  • Oversee project planning, design, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • PE license required.
  • 20+ years' experience in substation engineering, design, or project management.
  • 5+ years' leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of substation systems, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with utility or renewable energy projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering and design practices.
