Job Description
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Remote)
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $120k-$145k/yr.
- Serve on the company’s leadership team, contributing to strategic initiatives and company-wide decisions.
- Lead the Structural Team’s planning, staffing, and training efforts; ensure adequate resource allocation across projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as PIC for select accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and lead client capture plans and marketing responses (e.g., RFPs).
- Provide staffing recommendations, lead hiring efforts, and oversee personnel development and performance evaluations.
- Mentor and train team members; implement professional development plans and training programs.
- Lead complex structural projects as needed, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery.
- Manage administrative functions including salary reviews, bonus recommendations, and performance improvement plans.
- Actively participate in both strategic (Executive Leadership) and operational (Leadership Council) functions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Licensed Structural Engineer (SE)
- Experience managing teams and developing staff
- Proficient in developing client relationships and capturing new business
- Capable of managing multiple concurrent assignments
- Strategic mindset with strong leadership acumen
