This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient operations while upholding high standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of assigned equipment or production processes during each shift, ensuring consistent performance and quality output.
  • Coordinate with team members across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of operations.
  • Operate, monitor, adjust, and fine-tune equipment to meet production and engineering specifications.
  • Inspect components or finished products to verify compliance with technical requirements; identify deviations, make corrections, and document issues as needed.
  • Ensure materials are properly stocked, equipment is maintained, and work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE, and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks, equipment cleaning, and general operational support as required.
  • Adhere to production schedules, engineering guidelines, and performance targets while contributing to team success.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support project deadlines, including overtime or adjusted schedules when necessary.
  • Maintain a proactive, positive attitude and assist with additional duties as operational needs evolve.
Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree 
  • PE and SE Required
  • Previous experience operating machinery or supporting engineering or manufacturing operations preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment functionality.
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment, production processes, or engineered systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good manual dexterity, coordination, and focus on precision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
