Job Description

- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales, etc.) to ensure product solutions meet client needs
- Deliver regular updates to senior management on account status, opportunities, and market trends
- Travel within the Central U.S. region to engage with clients, attend site visits, and represent the company at industry events and meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
- Achieve sales targets, maintaining a high level of profitability for both the company and clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product and strategy development
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the application of products, especially related to steel solutions in geotechnical and civil engineering projects
- Proven experience in a Key Account Management or Strategic Account Manager role, preferably in the metals, construction, or geotechnical sectors
- Strong understanding of steel products and their applications in construction and civil engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
