Hiring Event – Manufacturing Technician Opportunities
Wednesday, June 15th & Thursday, June 16th | 9:00 AM - 12:00PM 

OVERVIEW 
Sterling Engineering is actively recruiting for multiple openings within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment in the Milpitas area. We are seeking candidates with hands-on technical experience who are interested in growing their careers within advanced manufacturing and engineering operations. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
  • Automation Technicians
  • Process Engineering Technicians
  • Quality Lab Technicians
  • Molding Technicians 
  • CNC Machinists 
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, production, or technical operations
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Ability to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Associates degree or technical training is a plus, but not required for all roles
Preferred Backgrounds Include Experience With:
  • Industrial Maintenance
  • Highly-automated Manufacturing Floors
  • Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing
  • CNC Operating 
  • Medical Device Quality Lab
