Title: Senior Wastewater Engineer
Location: Philadelphia, PA | 
Type: Direct Hire

Join our team as a Senior Wastewater Engineer and lead innovative projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. We're seeking a dedicated professional to drive the design, implementation, and management of wastewater treatment and conveyance systems.

Your Role:
  • Project Leadership: Oversee multi-disciplinary teams on wastewater projects from design to construction.
  • Client Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
  • Technical Expertise: Design wastewater treatment and conveyance systems, including hydraulic modeling, pump stations, and regulatory permitting. Interact with multiple clients in the Mid-Atlantic region (with a focus on Pennsylvania & New Jersey) to assist with the development of design criteria / parameters for water / wastewater facilities (including treatment, conveyance, and regulatory permitting).
  • Project Management: Manage project scope, tasks, schedules, and budgets.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in wastewater engineering.
  • Pennsylvania Professional Engineer (PE) license is required or must be obtained within 6 months.
