Job Description
- Engineering Standards:
- Develop, maintain, and update engineering standards
- Provide technical guidance to project teams
- Support continuous improvement and change management
- Technical Expertise:
- Prepare complex engineering deliverables
- Conduct complex research and material selection
- Oversee data collection and management
- Perform complex engineering calculations
- Communicate with clients and project teams
- Knowledge Sharing and Innovation:
- Serve as a technical specialist
- Foster knowledge management and mentor team members
- Apply advanced engineering concepts to unique problems
- People Management:
- Assist with performance management, mentoring, and career development
- Resource Management:
- Implement resource management strategies
- Strong PLS-CADD proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Must have EIT in pursuit of PE or Must have PE license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
