Location: Fully Remote (with travel to Indianapolis, IN)

Pay: $100,000–$140,000
- Lead design efforts for both new construction and renovation projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support project managers during the design process
- Provide direction to junior engineers assigned to your projects
- Attend client and design review meetings as needed
- Perform site inspections and support construction administration activities
- Coordinate detailed engineering work and ensure technical accuracy
- Edit and review project specifications
- Balance multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality standards
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- 10+ years of experience in structural design
- Proficient in Revit
- Experience with cast-in-place/precast concrete, steel framing, and wood structures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience on healthcare-related projects is a plus
