Job Description
Location: Okemos, MI
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $110K–$160K + Bonus (based on experience)

- Lead and manage civil and natural gas engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee planning, design, permitting, and construction phases.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure project success.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to project teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience, including 5+ years in project management.
- Proven experience with natural gas systems and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory compliance.
- PE license required (candidates scheduled to take the PE exam soon will be considered — must provide exam date).
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
