Title: Sr. Project Manager 
Location: Los Angeles, CA 
Hire Type: Direct hire
Compensation: 150-210K

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Engineer of Record in California, including stamping and sealing electrical, automation, and controls engineering deliverables
  • Oversee and manage projects from concept through execution, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met
  • Lead the development of low- and medium-voltage electrical, automation, and control system studies and designs
  • Guide and mentor technical staff in producing engineering documents such as specifications, drawings, control philosophies, I/O lists, design reports, and conceptual packages
  • Contribute technical expertise to proposal development and business growth initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in low- and medium-voltage electrical, automation, and controls system design
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in California; NCEES Record preferred for multi-state licensure
  • Experience with PLC panel design, instrumentation, and industrial networks strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of applicable electrical, safety, and construction codes and standards
  • High-voltage substation design experience is a plus
  • Background in municipal water and wastewater projects is considered an asset
