We are working with a manufacturing company in the North Suburbs on bringing in a senior level Mechanical Engineer to be a subject-matter expert and be the "go-to" engineer at the firm.

Overview:

  • Analyze product specifications and customer requirements to ensure alignment with design objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external standards, including national and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and application departments, to facilitate communication and streamline processes.
  • Develop detailed welding and machining drawings and assemble ASME job packets to guide manufacturing processes.
  • Compile accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) to facilitate procurement and production planning.

What Is Needed?

  • Bachelors in Engineering
  • At least 5 years of engineering experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience doing engineering projects involving valves
  • Able to be on-site M-F
