- Proactively collaborate to improve manufacturability and productivity.
- Guide engineering personnel in detailed drawings and bills of materials.
- Control costs, enhance efficiency, and support ISO objectives.
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, steel plate, structural fabrication, and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical skills to anticipate needs and evaluate business environments.
- Proactive in resolving team breakdowns resulting from change.
- Goal-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
