- Generate First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102 format) for customer approval
- Create and submit Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) plans
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of final products
- Coordinate customer source inspections with representatives and engineers
- Report out-of-tolerance conditions and assist with Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) reports
- Manage supplier corrective actions and deviation requests
- Support gage R&R activities and capability studies
- Control non-conforming material activities, including documentation and disposal
- Coordinate Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes
- 3+ years of experience in a precision machining environment
- Strong understanding of inspection equipment accuracy and repeatability
- CNC knowledge
- Experience constructing PPAP documentation
