Job Description
- Lead the development and management of P&L statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Drive the forecasting process, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures, providing detailed insights and projections.
- Analyze financial performance and variances, offering actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Conduct cost analysis and performance evaluation to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Support budgeting processes, including development, implementation, and tracking of key financial metrics.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine financial strategies, highlighting risks and opportunities in alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expertise in financial planning and analysis for special projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong focus on P&L management, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Manufacturing experience
