Job Description
Title: Design Engineer
Location: MUST LIVE in either Houston, Austin or Dallas TX areas
Hybrid schedule: 75% Remote, 25% field work local travel

Job Duties:
- Designing in software, creating design packages, running pole analysis
- Investigating existing infrastructure is to assess what service is needed
- Developing gas construction plans and Reviewing existing gas maps and/or roadway plans
- Coordinating with Municipalities for various permits
Types of Projects: Gas Distribution
· Public improvement projects
· Main replacement projects
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of design engineering experience in utilities industry
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar
- Basic autoCAD, microstation, GIS skills is preferred
