Senior Accountant
Job Description
Hire Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

- Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze internal financial statements and management reports.
- Manage AP/AR reporting and support daily transactional accounting.
- Maintain accurate cost accounting records, including inventory valuation and standard cost updates.
- Perform variance analysis related to materials, production, and manufacturing performance.
- Partner with operations teams to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and corporate accounting policies.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate on capital projects, cost savings, and new product introductions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years minimum accounting experience (5–7 years preferred).
- Must have manufacturing industry experience.
- Strong experience with cost accounting and standard costing.
- Experience collaborating directly with operations teams.
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate with non-financial stakeholders.
