- Identify new businesses and products to be developed within the area of responsibility
- Coordinate the pricing and tenders, working closely with pricing and technical sales
- Monitor and Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts, follow-up closely on deviations
- Dutiful manage working capital for necessary travel and expenses
- Strategically develop business solutions (new innovative products and services) in the assigned segment for existing and prospect customers by using all marketing-mix tools. A business solution is a product and service offer to customers that fulfils the customer’s requirements and meets the applicable segment/BU profitability targets
- Continuously monitors and enhance product and customer portfolio to achieve segment/BU sales and financial performance goals
- Closely follow market trends, competition, new products and translate/incorporate them into new, profitable business solutions for the segment
- Takes up the necessary measures and actions on pricing and product/customer mix to achieve the contribution margin targets for assigned customers
- Manage all sales and product management activities as well as the marketing towards customers and markets in close cooperation with the VP of Sales & Marketing and is directly responsible for his/her assigned Key Account
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years related Technical or Technical Sales experience
