Location: Remote (Preference for candidates residing in South Carolina or Michigan)
Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 plus bonus

We are a leading provider of innovative automation solutions across various industries. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Simulation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position, but candidates residing in South Carolina or Michigan are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with customers, sales, and engineering teams to develop simulation solutions for a wide range of projects.
Collaborate with Application Engineers to incorporate simulations into proposals.
Contribute to the growth and development of the Simulation Engineering Team.
Prioritize and manage projects effectively across business units.
Contribute to the development of standards and processes to ensure the quality and long-term maintainability of simulations.
Manage and execute simulations, intellectual property, and special projects.
Cultivate external relationships and partnerships to enhance simulation capabilities.
Share simulation processes and knowledge across companies and business units.
Continuously improve and evolve current simulation processes.
Adhere to Simulation Engineering standards and processes.
Maintain the high quality, respectability, and professionalism that demands.
Minimum 3+ years of direct experience with robotics, preferably in industrial automation or a comparable industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Software Engineering preferred.
Experience with robotic simulation software, such as RobotStudio, Roboguide, Visual Components, or Delmia.
Industrial robotic automated work cell design experience.
Ability to think creatively, experiment with concepts, and provide innovative solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives with varying priorities.
Some travel required, including extended periods for project-based work, training, sales events, and conferences. International travel may be required.
Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality.
