Possess in-depth knowledge of FedEx and UPS tracking software.
Manage relationships with carriers to optimize shipping processes and negotiate rates.

Technology Proficiency:
Utilize MS Dynamics for tracking purposes; willingness to learn on the job if not already familiar.
